What options were included in the weights quoted? Were the DRING mounts and stinger included in the number, or just the most basic no-options bumper? Not getting picky, just looking for a good understanding.
Also, will it be winch ready or is a separate winch plate required?

The base bumper (which is provisioned with the holes for running a standard winch) with the d-rings mounts are what the weight is based on. That's all for the evening, I gotta get home, but I'll pop on throughout the weekend with additional pics.
