Can anyone provide feedback on how much the ride changed after the 2.5" kit installation? How is the handling/cornering, hitting bumps on the road, etc....

I like the ride of the Sahara now so don't want to change it too much.

Hey David,

I'm going to purchase the Teraflex 2.5" BB from you guys... Glad to support a JK-Forum sponsor, especially one in the PNW!

I'm curious... Can you tell me if this kit levels a 2dr JK? Seems to me I read it doesn't (can't recall where), but that's not a deal-breaker. If it doesn't, do you have any advice you can impart or point me to where I can get a spacer to do the job?

Anything else I should be aware of, like whether I should get an adjustable trackbar... I'm still getting familiarized with JK suspension and have read many posts which have left me confused.

The Teraflex kit maintains the stock feel and handeling. There is no noticeable change after installing this kit.

There might be a slight decrease in cornering since you are 2.5" taller but I didn't notice any.


Also it will not level out any rake you currently have. It simply moves your stance exactly as it is now up 2.5". There are several companies that offer 3/4" + spacers you can use to level it out, and yes you can stack the spacers.
