Default 100 mph...

I didn't think this was possible in our gutless 3.8 jk's but on my road trip of 300 each way I got 17.9 mpg running 91 octane and on the way back I got 16.7 running 88 octane..... Average speed was about 85 and occicanally a little faster

It was on flat ground..... Now it took me a couple min to get up to that speed but it did it on plain flat highway..... In 6th gear.... Oh and I have the base model 16 inch highway tires.... I'm sure that helped a lot too

I want to see a video of your fuel gauge while you were going 100!

Mine will never see those kind of speeds. I bought it to go slowly through the worst mother nature can throw at me. I have a Jetta TDI for those speeds, and it still gets 44mpg while cruising at 85.

I figured the RPM's would be higher, actually. I can't believe I'm asking this, but did it feel like it had more once the speedo was pinned? I've had mine to 80 and it felt like it was gonna disintegrate. I can't imagine taking a picture either, in focus no doubt.
