I think I have someone living in my 2011. No one hardly rides in it, no one drives it, and it is always locked, but sometimes I feel like my seat is too low or too high. It has a mind of its own.

Are you hitting the adjustment handle when you get in? Seems to happen to some people... As they climb in they hit the adjustment handle with their hip/ass just enough to move the seat slightly downward each time they get in. Over a couple of days the seats dropped all the way down.

That happens to me too! I think the seat lift clutch has bearings that slip. Time to call Johnson Controls and give them some sh1t for their crappy seats.

Same problem occurs in my '08. Every other time I get in my jeep I have to jack it up.

Lol. Gotta call across the pond to your Plymouth office and tell the engineers there to quit screwing around
