The regular Sport now comes with large tires? They look the same size as the "S" package's SR-A's. In the past they have been like 225's on 16" wheels. The preview makes them look like 32's...

Worked for me. Must not be fully up on all Jeep Web Servers. 2012 is an option to choose now, on the Wrangler page.

I don't think so. There are 2012 Sports on lots now, with 16" 225R75 steel pizza cutters. I think you still have to go "S" to get the full size tires on a Sport, although my dealers will put anything on if you pay for it. I just got a feeler from the dealer that they are "desperate" for used wranglers and want to offer me a special incentive to trade for a 2012. If they had a 6 speed Sport with a hardtop, AC, and the 3.73's, I'd think about trading for a small loss, just to swap out of my 3.21's. Must be in Natural Pearl Green too. Picky? Who, me?

Yes it is. Looks like Orange Crush soda pop. I just drove a Red Cherry Rubicon 2dr. with 6spd. Gotta say, I'm not real impressed with the power. Now I have already heard from some guys that say when it breaks in a little, it runs a lot better. It is certainly better interior wise and the ride is nice. I just feel that with the super charger on mine, the power is much better and I didn't have to spend a lot more money. JMHO I just wish I had bought a 4dr instead of the two door. They did make changes to the 2dr. They added a slight tilt function to the 2012. I guess they figured that only a small child can get in the back of the 2009. I'm going to see if I can get the seat rails for mine.

The seat tipping feature is in the 2011's too. Part of the new interior.

[QUOTE=JAFHR;2544536] I'm not real impressed with the power. QUOTE]

With the power you're making via the supercharger on your current ride then there's no way the new 2012 could do nothing more than not seem impressive. The new Mustangs with their 412 hp engine dazzles and delights a lot of people, but I have two older Mustangs making more than that on RWHP, so naturally the new Mustangs don't impress me either.

Did you have a jeep with the Ripps super charger. Please elaborate on disco'd engine. Yes, you will eventually be able to add items to the engine on the 2012 but as for power, I'll keep the 3.8 and the super charger. The Pentastar isn't a huge jump in power as far as I see. The numbers are there, just the seat of the pants driving isn't there. I did like the 6spd. better than the auto.

The bright green color is not shown yet either. Guess later in the production run.
