I'm on the app and can't see your year. What year jk do you have? 3.8 will be terrible and 3.6 will be slightly less terrible

I just got 315 BFG KO2's. the all terrain 35's from bfg on my 2015 jku with 3.21 gearing. There is some power loss and downshifting on hills but it's manageable. It's not bad enough for me to want to spend a couple thousand to regear and all that. I really don't notice it that much, and my actual gas mileage isn't much worse until i go 75 on the interstate. I drive about 40 miles roundtrip everyday on the highway to get to work.

I would even consider a regear if doing 33s with 3.21s, although you can get by with the 5 speed I would say a 33" tire is kind of the limit. Keep the weight down, find a load range C tire and try to stick with something more narrow. A JK works great with a 35 inch tire as a daily driver, but trust me, take the time and save a little extra money and do the whole thing the right way. The less sexy things like gears are what makes the big difference when putting together a JK, even a mild one that only sticks to the pavement.

I got 245 75 16s and I hated it. No power, crappy fuel economy. Inregeared to 4.11s and life was good. If you got the $ to spend to go to 35s - reheat. If you don't- then don't. If you're getting 35s to look cool without regearing - I'll be blunt : other vehicles might be a better choice even 33s with 3.23s will suck.
Btw in early days of jeeping I was where you are. I shopped for an answer I wanted to hear even though I knew the right answer..... and the right answer here is to regear
