My X came with 32" BFG M/T from the factory.

I did just that a couple of months ago, on stock 16" steelies no less I used 265/75-16 Duratracs
I have those same tires on 16" alloy wheels. When I measure them, they come to about 30". Is tire height measured off the wheels?

I got rid of the stock 16's and bought 17's so i could buy Rubi take-off BFG's for cheap

Yeah they fit, I have dakota m/t 265/75/16s on my steel wheels, really improves the looks! Havent had time to explore the off road part, have other things that take up my time right now..
