...and don't forget to take off the retaining clips on the lugs if you add either spacers or new rims unless the spacers/rims have the bevels (like the stock rims) to accommodate the clips; you need an absolute flat interface between the rims/spacers and the rotors
I ran 295 70/17s for a few days with stock suspension/wheels with no problems. I did install a Spidertrax wheel spacers and then later a lift. No rubbing at any time.
