Default AC Vent Rings ???

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this question but here goes. Does anyone know how to safely remove the factory rings that are on the front dash A/C vents?

Thanks for any help in advance

do you mean the bezels? I believe you just spin them to unscrew.

do a forum search for "six-dollar dash upgrade"

Just turn the Vents counter-clockwise. If you want to remove the actual bezel, its attached to the vent itself with three clips

Depends on what year JK you have. The '11 and '12 have a clip (inside the vent) you have to push a small screwdriver into before turning them.

Default Got it !!!!!

Mikekeeper thanks for the tip, I just did a search and found a you-tube video that showed the method that you were talking about looks very simple.

Thanks for all the responses
