Another amaizing tire thead!!!
I'm jumping in head first and am looking into a beuy set of 35"s for my rig. It's my first mod to my 2007 rubi. My questions are as follows.
1) what BB is best to fit 35"s.
2) opinions on summit mud hogs.
3) opinions on falkin wildpeak a/t's.
4) opinions on hankook dynapro mt rt03's.
On tire opinions please share facts and history as much as possible concerning mileage ware and over all trail, sand and rock use. Everyone likes new tires. Tell me how the were by the time you had to replace them. Know what I mean?
I am lookin for the newer info due to most of the tire reviews I've seen being rather old. And thought history compounds if tires change though the selling name stays the same.

I have been running the 35 falken rocky mountains which are discount tires twin to the wildpeaks for about a year. I have no complaints and I really beat them up. I run mostly rock and some sand. I air them down prior to runs and probably do at least two or three runs a month. These tires have not chunked at all. I previously ran procomps mud terrains and they really chunked up bad on the rocks. I also got the discount road hazard and 50,000 mile mileage warranty so you really cant find this with many of the other all terrain tires on the market. Just my two cents.
Claws- awesome grip in rock, mud, and sand....ok for the road (noisy) and I got 36k out of a set.....which was 1 year for me. Pretty good in the snow/ slush (what little bit we get)
Km2's- not nearly as good in the rocks, good in the sand, good on the road, 'ok' in the snow (again-what little bit we have in VA). I put 20k on them before moving them to another truck but they're very quiet.
Falkens- 35" flavor.....on a TJ Rubicon....5k miles....they're good on the sand and quiet on the road. My opinion- they're poor in the rain and I couldn't get them to grab a rock for anything. No chunking because the lugs don't hardly hang out.
Bfg AT- lasts forever, literally 50k+ miles with 4 tire rotation. I never got to take them on the rocks but they were pretty bad in the mud (caked up and became slicks), good on the sand (what isn't), and no problems with them in the snow, slush, rain, or road.
I've also got a set of MTZ's but they're still undergoing testing.
