Default Any folded windshields?

Ok, I have NEVER seen a JK with the windshield folded down.
I see the hinge but I can't figure out how to fold it... Don't recall seeing anything in the manual either.

the procedure is in the manual. on the older manuals (2007-2009) it is somewhere around page 190.
(see 2011 manual page 254)

pictures of the procedure/results can be seen here: http://project-jk.com/wpg2?g2_itemId=244433

I think it looks kinda cool with it folded down, but I will likely never do it, no practical need to

I had a TJ and never even folded down the window, even less likely to do it in a JK since its even more work.

too hard.

When I had all my CJs, I put the windshield down all the time, so much fun driving like that. 2 thumb screws and a strap. easy.

YJ, I think I put it down maybe twice. Lots of work to get it unhooked and folded down with the side bars.

TJ, not once, too much work.

JK, I really doubt I ever will.

I used to be a member of jeeps-offroad (mostly a YJ site)

The guys on there always recommended taking some time once a month or so to take it down and make sure the hinges were lubed because the YJ hinges were prone to rusting and seizing up.

Folded mine down to install my sport cage. Picture sucks.... but it was cool to do and my kid loved it.
