Anyone ever have Chrysler offer buy back or trade in?
I've gotten the buy back card in the mail a bunch of times, all it is was an extra $1000 off your purchase of a new vehicle, but I don't think that's exactly what you're referring to.
I had a lemon Patriot before, lots of issues and my dealer woudln't help me get into anything else. So I switched dealers and worked with the GM at the new dealer. He spoke to some VP in the US, a position he used to have and got me a few grand off of my Wrangler to stay with Chrysler. Worked out pretty well for me and I didn't have to fight too hard to get out of the leased Patriot. It was better than having to go the legal route but I guess a GM that used to be a VP is a special circumstance too.

If lemon buyback, they will pay you 100% for aftermarket parts with receipts. You can also buy the vehicle back from them at reduced price. Whoever gets the bad vehicle will have to deal with the salvage title.
