back window zipper jam
When that happened to us last month, after several attempts and about 30 minutes of trying we were about ready to tear the thing. We just gave up and next morning had a friend try and he got it right away. I've seen that happen to other people as well. Sometimes it just takes a different perspective. That being said though...I think it's time we got some zipper wax on there to help prevent it from happening again in the future.
I'd just take it to any boat awning or upholstery shop and have them put a new sliders on. Simple job, takes about 5-10 minutes. Shouldn't cost more than $20.
Might as well replace both sliders while they're in there.
Should be a #9 coil non-locking slider. If they have a marine grade stainless steel slider it's worth the extra $5.
If it's jammed in place they can just cut it off before putting the new slider on.
Afterward rub candlewax into the zipper teeth to keep it sliding smoothly.

Quick fix I have been doing is....the zipper has spread out and needs to be squeezed close together. If you look at the other zippers that are working well compare them. It works for a while. I have been getting frustrated and forcing. I think I am headed towards a Trex or Rampage top.
It's important to start the zipper with the teeth perfectly aligned. It's too easy to insert the pin too far into the slider.
I start the window without the tail gate bar attached so it's easier to manipulate.
Keep trying to get the teeth aligned perfectly once (which is hard to do with your hand blocking your view) then take a yellow or silver Sharpie marker and make a mark across both zipper tapes about 3-4 inches above the starting point.
Now you can see that you're lined up nicely before zipping further.
Having it aligned makes it easier to get around the corners which is where I used to get stuck all the time.
