Bad start up

Hello all - I have a 2011 sahara and recently upon start up the engine would cut off. I turn the ignition car starts then rpms drop and engine cuts off.
Any thoughts?

take it - also, have you tried the 2nd key?
is there a dash light that comes on - i think on the right side?
sounds like it may be the security system - that's what happens when it doesn't recognize the key security.
