Ball Join Question!
 

Are they supposed to move at all? Besides turning of course are they supposed to move up and down or side to side at all even just the tiniest bit? Please help..... I just replaced them and there is some movement...

Also...can a messed up toe setting cause your tires to wobble? I think mine may be slightly toe out.

The upper balljoint should only rotate. No up/down or side to side.

The lower balljoint will be able to move side to side no up/down, i'm assuming to allow some misalignment in the C's and knuckle.

If you are getting and up/down movement in the tire, ensure it is not the unit bearing.
