Brakes!!!!

Brakes!!!!
My brakes start squeaking when I apply the brakes after driving a while, what would be the cause on this, all pads are and rotors are in perfect shape and I greased everything when I replaced the pads and rotors last night I guess I'm gonna grease up the front today to see if that helps, anybody had this problem and have a solution?! Please help its driving me nuts!!! Thanks!
