Bumper Install

Putting on a new bumper I got today and when I was taking off the old basic stock one off my x there is a where that was clipped to the back of it. What is it for and where should I put it now?

It is the front. And it was three wires in a plastic casing.

My guess would be fog light wiring, you gotta pic?

no pics but it didnt come with fog lights.

Yeah, but the wiring may be there for it. Maybe someone will chime in who has swapped a stocker for one with fogs.
