Default Centerforce Clutch Available!

I went to centerforce dot com to email them about a possible replacement for this squeaky POS that I currently have and found this press release!!!

PRESCOTT, Ari. - 2009 - NEW DF098391 FOR 2007 TO 2008 JEEP WRANGLER 3.8L 230”

Centerforce is proud to introduce this New Dual Friction clutch assembly for 2007 to 2008 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L 230” Eng. This new clutch assembly replaces the stock pressure plate with a more reliable assembly with a higher holding capacity that is designed as a direct bolt in for perfect fit and function. Centerforce strives to provide the best products on the market at any performance level by using patented processes and constantly testing different materials and designs to find the best combination. This new application is now available as a Dual Friction® clutch assembly for use in high torque street driving and off-road applications. The Dual Friction part number is DF098391 (Pressure Plate and Disc Included). Also available is the Centerforce II part number CFT360981 (Pressure Plate Included), Centerforce I part number CFT360981 (Pressure Plate Only), and Centerforce Disc part number 383914 (Disc Only). Please contact any Centerforce dealer or Centerforce directly with questions at 928/771-8422.

sweet find... i'm going to have to write that number down and save it as my clutch throwout bearing is dieing and my stock clutch doesn't really love all the snow plowing i do with it...

Its about time!!!!!! Sweet im in cause i have already screwed one clutch up and i believe these stock clutches are pos's......

Same here , i have already F'ed my clutch once and i totally agree with you that its a POS

Aint going to be cheap!!!!! But it will definately pay for it in the long run. If your out of warranty and you are with 40K a clutch repair will be right around 1200 or 900.....thats how much mine was and i even got a deal through a business i do alot of work for and they helped me out!!!!!!

So a 600 dollar upgrade could end up saving you a ton! (im assuming this upgrade would be around this price)
