Default "Change Oil" Indicator

I just got my oil changed and the little display that reads mileage still chimes and displays "change oil" when I start up. How do you reset this? I have an OBDII reader/clearer can it be accomplished with this?

turn the ignition on (don't start) depress the gas pedal 3 times quickly, turn off - should clear it up, if not repeat till you get it right
