Default check engine light

My tire pressure light came on and before I can inflate my tires, my check engine light came on. After inflating all of my tires to specs, my check engine light is still on. After several runs, it is still on. How can this be reset? Can I reset this myself?

Go to a parts store to have the code read. Most will do it for nothing. Post the code here.

Check engine light is unrelated to the TPMS alarm. Must have just been weird coincidence in timing. Agree with Ronjenx, run by an auto store and get the OBDII scanned if you don't have a code reader yourself. If you don't you might consider buying one as even the cheapest $20-$30 reader is useful to get the OBDII codes.

There is also an ignition and trip odometer button press sequence which will allow you to get CEL codes read out on your dash as well. Sorry, I don't know the sequence off the top of my head since I own an OBD2 code reader.

It does display codes, but not all of them. A code scanner is needed to get them all.
