Are you still on original battery? Our dash lights can do whacky things when battery is going bad or connections are loose.

^that. Also make sure your battery connections are tight. You may have bent or moved something on the trail. If your steering wheel isn't straight then adjust that and you should be good.

I'm still kinda new to jeeps
Bought it may of last year I assume it's the original battery just shy of 40 thousand miles
Can't help but think I messed something up on the trail since it happened not long after we left from trail riding
It's also a manual if that matters

Yeah that's your problem. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to adjust it.

Alright straightened my steering wheel out drives good will the light eventually go off on its own or is there a way I can get it to turn off?

Disconnect the battery negative terminal for 10 minutes if you don't have a reader that can clear it. Or you can wait and it will eventually go off if no other problem exists.
