My 2012 non-upgrade radio looses time. I seriously doubt the service department can fix the issue. Here is how you set the time.

Clock Setting Procedure - 2012 user manual UNDERSTANDING YOUR INSTRUMENT PANEL page 307
1. Press and hold the TIME button until the hours blink.
2. Adjust the hours by turning the right side TUNE/
SCROLL control knob.
3. After adjusting the hours, press the right side TUNE/
SCROLL control knob to set the minutes. The minutes
will begin to blink.
4. Adjust the minutes using the right side TUNE/
SCROLL control knob. Press the TUNE/SCROLL control
knob to save the time change.
5. To exit, press any button/knob or wait five seconds.
The clock can also be set by pressing the SETUP button
and selecting the “SET HOME CLOCK” entry. Once in
this display follow the above procedure, starting at
step 2

Mine (2012) does the same thing. Not really a big deal, loses time over fairly long periods of time.

My 2009 loses a few minutes over time. I reset it once a month or so.

Mine loses time and I've been resetting it about once a month or so when I notice it. Maybe next time I have to take mine back to the dealer I have that on the list too.

My 2012 loses maybe 4 minutes per month. I just deal with it and reset it every once in a while. Seems like such a basic thing to have an accurate clock. How in the world did they get that wrong?

Mine was fixed under warranty through the tsb, just make sure you take both sets of keys with you, they need them. I had it fixed too recent to completely verify it is corrected.

My '11 did the same thing. They must have fixed the issue though, because my '13's clock works perfectly.

t Didnt know where else I should ask so here it goes.... air intake ?? when I drive for a a little while like 15 min or so and I turn the jeep off theres a slight whistle sound coming from under the hood, same thing happens if im putting it in drive from reverse...I took it to the dealership and they said its normal that the air has to go somewhere????? is this true or might there be a slight problem..??? its a 2012 jk sport 4 door. someone please help me with this!!! Try posting this in the stock JK tech section. It doesn't sound normal to me, and I have never experienced this with mine.
