So this isn't a recall, but just to be thorough, I went to the site and downloaded the app. Neither provide that extended warranty information. (before you say something pithy like recommending I drive to a dealer, I'm deployed so that's a nogo). I did call a dealer who, as usual, doesn't know a thing about this extended warranty. Hence why I'm keen to get a copy of one of these mythical letters so I can trigger the dealer into remembering this.

Just got the notice air bag recall on my 2010. The recall for 07-09 been out a while. The 2010 is the same as the prior years, just does not make sense that the 2010 was not included, but all is well that ends well

Sorry again. Been traveling and just got home. Will find the letter and get in a PDF. This is not a recall letter but a letter stating the clockspring is now covered for 15 year unlimited mileage on my 2015.

Yep, that's what I'm looking for. I want a copy of that with me when I go to see the dealer.

Good Luck getting this repaired. Jeep dealership says no parts are available to make this repair. I have been waiting since October 2023.
