Does anyone know if the Clover Patch that fits the 06 Unlimited is the same model for the 07? Thanks in advance for your help.

 

It doesn't but Clover Patch has one for the 07. Seems only 4WD Hardware has it.

Is anyone else concerned about rolling up the side windows? I'm afraid to bend the stiff piece that attaches by the door.

 

Get the Cloverpatch Roll and you will not regret it. I have researched this for a long time and it is the best system out there as far as window storge goes. By this I mean for a system to protect your plastic windows and have them at the ready in your Jeep.

 

That bothers me too. I'm actually going to call them on that.

 

The stiff piece does not get rolled. You roll the windows longways with the stiff portion at the seam.

 

I just got mine Friday. Since the sun was out Friday afternoon, I put it to use. I found the directions a little difficult to understand, but I think I figured it out. The stiff part doesn't get rolled, like Trailguide said. Overall I'm pleased with it.

 

I spoke to Bob of Clover Patch. He states that the side windows have to be placed in the window pads with the hard part at the spine or sewn edge of the window padding. B]hard part that is at the bottom of the window[/B]. (It locks into the the slot at the body) Now the other hard part that I was concerned with. (It's the vertical hard plastic that secures the window into the back of the rear door frame) is rolled up. I asked if it can be rolled up tightly and he said yes.
Bob stated he just opened his up today at his shop. His has been in storage sitting vertically in the bag for three months. He said every thing was fine, with the exception of a few wrinkles in the widows that would come out after they were installed.
