Punctuation could help your case I think you need to look at your slave cylinder clutch material fluid level and also check for leaks do you know what I mean a little punctuation goes a long way and will help solicit more responses and helpful ones at that

Check the brake fluid reservoir level -- The hydraulic clutch uses the same fluid/reservoir, but there's a divider so that below a certain level the clutch and brakes use separate fluid. If the reservoir level is above the divider, the problem is likely not hydraulic related.

The slave cylinders in these are known to be the weak link in the chain, however when they fail the immediate result is usually for the clutch pedal to sink to the floor and stay there.

So assuming that the clutch pedal has not fallen to the floor (indicating slave cylinder failure), what does the pedal feel like when you push it in and release it? From what I understand you to be describing, there could be several clutch-related issues such as broken clutch disc, seized throw-out bearing, broken clutch shifter-fork, etc that could be causing your shifting issues. By the sounds of it the clutch disc does not seem to be disengaging completely from the flywheel face, suggesting that a worn/broken shifter-fork could be the culprit here?

Were this an older-style cable-operated clutch then I'd suspect a simple adjustment would fix the issue however the JK's hydraulic clutch systems are not adjustable.

Sounds to me like your pressure plate has failed, had the exact same symptoms on my diesel. Had a couple of the pawls on the pressure plate broken off once I got into it, it progressed over a day and eventually was to the point that I had to slip shift the truck to get it home. How many miles on your 11?
