Clutch clunk
I had my clutch disk and throw out bearing replaced in January because the throw out bearing was chirping. I put in a centerforce II clutch instead of the OEM purchased from Northridge 4x4. Now in the last couple of days in the afternoon there is a clicking noise coming from the clutch. It does the same thing as the throw out bearing, when you press the clutch it speeds up and then goes away when the clutch is fully depressed. But it is a very different noise it is not high pitched. Does anyone know what this is?
I dont beat the clutch up this is 97.5% a commuter Jeep.
Strange thing it doesn't do it on my way to work when its 60 deg. but as soon as it gets hotter 80+ it starts to clunk/click....

Mine is an 08 if that helps you do a search for the information. I just dont remember exactly what the dealer needed to do to get it right.

Is it a centerforce with the finger weights, maybe that is the noise. The center force in my old TR8 that I put in rattled like crazy but it held the power.
The clutch noise that i had was like a bird chirping not a chatter noise.
