Default Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module U0126

I have a 2010 Jeep JKUR and when I first got it, the horn didn't work. I replaced the clockspring and it still didn't work. I then saw a broken connection on the wire harness for the daisy chained horn switches. I replaced that harness and got my horn back.

After that I was getting codes for the left rear wheel speed sensor, and I replaced that.

Now my horn isn't working and I'm getting the following codes:
  1. U0126 Lost communication with steering angle sensor module
  2. U110A CAN communication to steering column module is faulty, lost communication with SCM CAN C

I am also getting the following warning lights on the dash (pic)
If I try to read the steering angle using JScan I get 0 degrees

I replaced my clockspring AGAIN and there was no change. Also, it seems like my cruise control still works. I'm pretty confident that it's not the clockspring or the steering angle sensor that's part of the clockspring. But I have no idea what steps to take next to diagnose and fix this.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just replaced my clock spring and now I’m getting a U110A and time ECS light is on.

Was wondering if you ever got this figured out. I’ve got both lights too and the clock spring has been changed 3 times and it’s always the same issues. But my horn is fine
