Default Continued issues after head replacement

Unfortunately I purchased a 2012 brand new and now have had the head replaced back in Feb. My Jk only has 39,xxx miles on it, but the dealers were reluctant to work on it years ago since the CEL was not on. Now that they replaced the bank 2 cylinder head it has been back to the dealership 5 times. I was wondering if this was more of service department workmanship problem or a legitimate issue among others who have had the replacement done?

Pre and post cat sensors read rich fuel which have been the repeating problem. They have swapped all 4 already and the CEL (P2099) continued to come back.

See you're in pines. Where'd you go for service? I took mine to Arrigo Sawgrass and have nothing but good things to say about them. Autonation...meh.

We took it to Autonation...what a nightmare! Last week we took our Patriot to Arrigo and it was a much better experience. I wish I knew that from the beginning.

There was only one guy I'd deal with but he's since left. Since then it's been Arrigo. Take the JK there and I'm sure they'll sort it out!

Yep, the one guy we were using, left as well. It's been at Autonation since April 28th. They are working step-by-step with Jeep. Just put in a claim for trade assistance today. Anxious to see what they may offer.
