Does anyone know if stock control arms from a 2012 JKUR will fit on an 07 JKU???

Yes, the only difference in the Rubicon suspension and all Jk's is spring rate, shocks, and auto sway bar disconnect.

He's asking about a 2012 vs 2007 where the differences are far greater than what you described. The engine, transmission, exhaust, other stuff....with that said,

I doubt there are differences in control arms but hopefully someone that knows will chime in.

The only difference in the Rubicon suspension is the coil spring rate (which is actually no different than other 4dr JKs), red HD shocks (which CAN come on any sport, unlimited and/or rubicon) and the electronic sway bar disco, which also came on early models on the JK if ordered from the factory that way. So technically, there's no difference between the Rubicon suspension and any other JK as they can all be ordered the same from the factory and it's all model dependant.

The question was only related to the suspension, not the difference between 2007-2013 as a whole so BeachJK's answer was correct
