That's why I love this board, ya learn something new every day.

I knew that 4.10's were a factory option, but had never heard that a front 44 was ever an option on a non-rubi.

Guess we should make some updates

And wiki doesn't list a 44 front option either. Though it does state that the D35 rears were available only on JK's built in 06 and all were changed to 44's after Jan 07. (6 months earlier than I had thought)

Pretty sure back before I bought and built my X online, early Sahara's had the option of D44's up front too with a locker just like a Ruby in 07.
By the #'s of all the snapping front axles on D44's it's looking like the D30 is ending up as the stronger one of the 2.

My 07 has the same set up. If it came with a factory tow package you may have 4.10's. I got a build sheet from the dealer. Solved all problems.

Take a pic of your diffs and post it. I'm sure someone on here can ID them
