Default Door Hinge Pin broke .. replacement?

so I was taking the doors out on my 09 4dr yesterday. I've done it few times last summer without any issues but this time on the passanger side door while taking the bottom torx screw off, the bottom part of the hinge pin broke off and half piece stayed in the screw, I thought I got them out fine until I saw the inside of torx screw the little piece from bottom edge of pin was still inside on both screws.. Is this covered under the warranty? before I go to stealership wanted to know if they sell just the pin or the whole hinge needs replacement? what is Part #? I know I'll get replies like.. don't bother putting screw back on not needed and door will not come out when closed... but even if I don't.. I still want that fixed. I've searched everywhere for answer and haven't found anythnig. Does the pins itself comeout or the whole piece(with matching color) need to be replaced? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks

Since you're under warranty, I suggest that you just let the dealer fuss with it.

Dealer ordered the hinge pins. They're too busy to install this week so wondering if anyone installed(replaced) these before? if Yes, How to remove the old hinge pins? so I can just pick it up and do it myself. Thanks

The pins will come out of the hinge. The last time I re installed my doors, I bumped the bottom of one of the pins (pretty hard) when carrying the door and the thing popped right out. The paint is all chipped at the top of the pin where it seats into the hinge now though. I tapped it back in with a rubber hammer and that was it! If you are going to remove a pin, I would suggest taking a razor knife to score the paint at the bottom of the pin / top of the hinge junction to prevent chipping, (maybe there is a better way, other than a razor?) then tap on the bottom of it until it comes out. Good luck, let us know how you do!

update.. dealer fixed it. They had to send the jeep to body shop to paint the pin also they said some paint came out when they took the original pin out so they had to paint the hinge part as well.. but all is well.. jeep is back and top and doors are off. Thanks for all replies.
