Engine clicking on 2008 JK

Engine clicking on 2008 JK
My Jeep started making a clicking sound this morning. m changed the oil and filter but it didn't do away. Here is a video: https://youtu.be/l2osFcSLWj8

Can you isolate the general area that sound is coming from? My guess would be either power steering bearing, AC compressor, or water pump. However, if it's coming from up top of the engine then lifter knock.
