I'm getting this noise that varies with engine speed that sounds like its behind the instrument cluster. You only hear it when giving it gas. I can hear something similar in the engine bay, but its more a mix of noise there. Is there something that would normally make a noise that sounds kinda like engine noise on a cb radio? It happens with a ll accessories off and is predictable.

 

The outside upper cowl vent panel vibrating could be the culprit. This is the panel the wiper arm shafts stick up through. Stick a folded matchbook cover under several areas of the panel and see if it eliminates the noise. Just a thought, this has been an issue with several owners....
