Back in March at 7800 miles, mine felt like it was missfiring and running a little rough, a few miles later the check engine light chimed and came on. Immediately took it to the dealer (busy Saturday) and had to leave it 'til Monday. Got the call from the service manager, and was told the Driver's head was porous (he said he seen this before with an aluminum block on a crossfire, only solution was to replace the block) so he ordered a new head. Couple weeks later after a delay with the DC parts, got her back and has been running strong since.

- note: watch for coolant splattering around the airbox, apparently the engine pressure was causing a backwash and the overflow bottle would vent, don't know how long it'd been doin' it. They flushed the radiator after checking for damage with none found thank god, and changed the oil also.

I think that someone would have had a black eye if there was a problem with the vehicle and they told me the driver's head was porous....
