I had that happen to my van years ago (Plymouth Voyager). Over the course of 3 years, spent over $2500 at dealerships trying to get it fixed. Turns out it was the "throttle position sensor" that was the culprit. The crappy thing is, the vehicle needs to stall out, then be diagnosed.
It was a $65 part, such a frustraitning thing.
Good luck.

How about some more info? Is it directly after startup? Is it rolling up to a stop sign?
There was a recall about engine stalling when certain conditions were met, if i remember correctly.

I am having a similar problem. Mine is almost stalling. It runs a little rough all of the time but at stop lights it stumbles and tries to shut down. I have changed fuel to Shell or BP when ever possible, I changed the PCV valve and I have run Seafoam through the tank. I was hoping someone else might have some more things to try. I have heard about Crank & Cam Sensors being a possibility but I have not gone there yet.
