Default Esp bas

Took my JK to the dealership for the second time. The ESP BAS light keeps coming on. The last time they told me that my computer just needed to updated. This didn't work now there telling me that I need an alingment which I find funny because I just bought it and I haven't even changed the oil yet. My steering wheel is off center so I figured that this was what was setting it off, but when I mention that to the guy he keeps telling me that I need an allingment. Do you think that he is just trying to sell me an allingment and not fix a simple problem.

Did yours come on and stay on or go on and off at random?

I told my Jeep dealer about my ESP BAS coming on at random and staying on for a while then going off... all on dry pavement. They said "we couldn't duplicate the condition" so they didnt do anything about it.

If the steering wheel is not center then it will defenetly throw the ESP BAS lights. regardless it should all be under warantee and free if you havent even changed the oil yet.
