Default Flex?

I have a stock suspension. I am wondering will I get any flex running stock. Or will my wheels lift off the ground.

If you have the Rubicon, disconnect the front swaybar, and you will have a decent amount of travel.

Anything else, and you will have travel in the rear mostly. The front axle will stay pretty much straight.

I'd suggest a set of quick disconnects.

You can disconnect the front sway bar without a Rubicon. You just have to un-bolt it.

Dose any one have a pic under the truck of the sway bar. I'm going with some friends tomorrow. I don't want to look like a beginner. And is the sway bar to be re connected when I go back on the road or can I leave it off.
Thanks

I dont have a picture of the sway bar, but thats ok. You can reconnect it, but drive for a bit without it and see how you like it. Everyone starts somewhere. The guys on this forum and others, that have a seemingly unlimited amount of knowledge were all new to the sport at one time. It might hurt the pride a bit, but the people who know this stuff inside and out respect the ability of someone to ask questions and take advice.

The people who dont know, but act like they do just look like giant assholes.

Ask questions and take advice. If you feel like you are getting wrong advice, ask them to explain and then bring it here. We will confirm or deny the advice and offer other ideas.

Its an addiction, and you are in for an awesome time.

I havent had my front swaybar connected for a year.

Drove it from Kodiak, AK to Kent, Wa.

Personal preference.

To get the most flex out of your stock set up, sway bar disconnects would be a nice addition. Rough Country has some that are only $50-$60, easy to use and install. Have fun! For now disconnecting your stock set up, you may want to bring along some velcro straps or just bungees to hold your stock links and bar out of the way
