Default fog lights/tow hooks

I have an X and thinking of installing factory fog lights and tow hooks. Are the holes already in place from factory to install these, or will I need to drill and cut out holes? I knot I will have to cut the plastic bumper, but I was wondering about the metal behind the bumper.

Thanks

fog lights, if you are getting the factory ones, you need a whole new bumper that comes with the holes in place. as for tow hooks, youll have to cut them using a provided guide.

The metal has the holes already there for the fog lights. The tow hooks install on the outside of the metal bumper so you don't have to worry about those, except for cutting the holes in the plastic bumper.

I just removed my factory rear tow hook to install a hitch. A new hook is $75 before shipping, if you want, I'll ship you mine for half that $40 including shipping.

On the rear tow hook, the holes are already there, it is as simple as tightening three bolts. If you are interested PM me.

Just an idea. . . . plenty of people here with factory bumpers switch them for aftermarket stuff and then never want to see that old bumper again.

I'd put a want ad here in the classified section and see if you can get a factory front bumper that already has the cutouts for the fogs. If you get lucky, someone won't even want their factory fogs. At the very least, you'll find a cheap if not free or nearly free solution that won't require a bunch of fabrication to make work.
