Take it off!!

I didnt notice any difference in MPG, its a worthless piece of plastic that IMO Chrysler puts on there for aesthetics. I can not see how it would effect cooling your radiator, and certainly can not see how it would cause hood flutter...

Yeah I ripped mine out earlier today, looks amazing! I reset my avg MPGs and noticed a bit of a drop...Mostly due to the 20mph head wind Gotta love cool fronts though!

i was worried about the salt and road chemicals splashing up into the engine bay during our maine "wintahs". I love the way it looks without it in the pics ive seen..im itching to do it

I replaced my cheesy plastic skid with the Mopar steel skid to protect the underside. Easy bolt on and very stout piece. Found the best price on Ebay.

How does it come off? I tried a screwdriver but all of the screws just spin.

I got pissed and just ripped the little screws out... Figure if it needs to go back on I can just drop $2 and buy replacements lol

I used a pry bar to tear mine out. It makes working on the front end easier with it off, so I left it off.
