In my '11 they are not adjustable. What I did was remove them and turn them around backwards.

 

Thanks for all the replies. I will see what I'll be doing the thing is that on my BMW the headrests tilt and they can be adjusted front and back. I know this aint no BMW but I was wondering because they are tilted almost like poking you. ANyway I appreciate your help! BTW Great site and members!
