Default Fuel line clips...how to open

Could anyone help me with fuel line clips next to fuel filter...I mean how to open these things without breaking them. There are at least 3 different kind of types of these with blue colored "holders" or "minilocks" in them located into very difficult to reach positions and i am not able to figure out how to get these things separated.
Pictures or drawings would help a lot.
Thank you for your kind help !

Sorry....clip is a wrong word ! I mean CONNECTORS, these things connecting a line to another. How to pull out these without breaking one. They have sometype of blue "clips" or however they are called in them.

They are probably the same as the ones on my Ford van. There is a set of different sized plastic collars that clip over the tube part of the filter. Then it slides into to "clip" inside the fuel line connector. That holds the metal tabs open so they will come apart.
I got my set at Autozone. Its ben a while but I think they only cost a couple bucks.
Don't try to force it apart without the right tool like I did. It's REALLY hard to get them apart if you bend the clip inside the connector. Believe me>

I found the ones I have and here's a pic. Hope it helps. I also found a couple spare clips that go inside the connectors. Good luck.
