Default Gascap light and charcoal box

I smashed my charcol box wheelin last week. No big deal except I get a "gascap" light on the dash that annoys me. Anyone know how to turn the light off or want to sell me your charcoal box?

you need to replace it to get the gascap light off for one and also for the emissions to work properly and it can cause trouble filling your gas tank. then you should relocate it like a lot of others have done here or a skid for it, there are many choices

I dont think you'll get many selling you theirs as its needed lol

try moparpartsamerica.com its under emission system, then emission components, then vapor canister, 23gal tank

It's a sealed system, perhaps you missed a hole or two.

Default charcoal box electricla open or touching?

I thought I got everything... the white plastic piece broke exposing the red plug which has an electrical connection. Should the connection be open or touching?

the white plastic thing is the ESIM switch, it contains 2 valves that control the flow/shut off of gas when filling up, its 10 bucks from the dealer for a new one....are u asking about the elec connections inside the white plastic?

HAHAHA....did you really just say "it's cool cause you taped it up". water tight isn't air tight, which is kinda what makes a EVAP canister useful.
