Angry Got my first water leak!

Last night we had some rain here in FL. so I got into my JK this morning and guess what I found? Yeah, WATER LEAKS!!!! On the dashboard right under the rearview mirror and on the 4x4 shifter knob console. I looked up and I could see drops where the two panels meet (front end by windshield). MY first thought was the $30,000 price I payed, then I called my Chrysler dealer and they told me to bring it in on a Tuesday. That's when their "leak specialist" comes over to their location to handle this kind of stuff. So you know I said fine,I'll bring it in. But here's what bothers me, I had this hard top installed by them and with forest fire smoke in the air and stupid lovebug season I haven't even considered taking the top off.So "USER ERROR" could not be the problem, what do you guys think? Do I need seals replaced even though my top is new?!?

My thought is maybe the dealer installed the hardtop wrong. I have seen quite a few people mention that when they followed the instructions and installed them, they didn't leak. Have you tried that at all?

No I haven't, I figure if they installed it maybe they can figure what's wrong with it. Thanks for the quick response though!
