Got a problem!!!
 

I'm a Nubie and not a mechanic. But my jeep was doing fine until I get to the bridge before MCBH. Now it sounds like a drag race car and idle goes up and down. If I press on the gas it lags before the build up. If I don't press gas it will idle ruff and die. https://vimeo.com/103837294

I don't have sound at work to watch your video but from your description this could be a number of things. It could be a dirty or bad MAF (Mass AirFlow Sensor). It could be a bad spark plug or coil. not 100% sure if the 3.8 has them, but a throttle body sensor could be bad, or you could have a dirty or clogged fuel injector.

How many miles on it? whens the last time it had a service?

I have 30k on it and has not been serviced besides doing an oil change.

I would start with a good tune up. Spark plugs, air filter, pull the MAF sensor and either replace it or clean it properly with MAF cleaner.

I checked the plugs and the lines. I just did an oil change and put a drop in KN air filter. Where is the MAF at on a 2010.

Probably oil from the air filter got into an air flow sensor. Follow the flow.

I pulled the sensor and it appears to be fine. I'm going to see if the auto hobby shop is open and take it there. I'm not getting any codes at all.

I did smell alittle gas when I pulled out the air filter. If that's the problem how do I fix that?

Could it be the idle control???

Depending on how much gas, you could have a rich condition where unburnt fuel is making its way back into the intake. This would lead me down the road of checking / replacing you spark plugs and your coil packs.
