Got some boo-boos on trail that need fixing

So my idiot brother got stuck in mud and a friend towed him out but apparently they didn't see a big a$$ tree which caused some pretty noticeable body damage . Looking to get some opinions on what options I have. I was planning on chopping the fenders anyways but now there is a real reason to get started on it.
Here's the damage:

My biggest concern is that the paint is chipped away on the dent next to the windshield and it has already started rusting. Would touch-up paint be enough to cover it after the rust is taken care of?
And what is the best way to go about fixing the dents?
Also the hard top has some pretty nasty cracks in it.

I'd probably have to murder my brother after something like that.

Good luck with the repairs!

I think I would use my compressive coverage and pay the deductible of a few hundred bucks. Just say you took a turn to tight and rubbed a light pole or something:dontknow2:

Ouch! I have things to say that are funny and not appropriate right now. I am sorry to hear this. Some dings look like body shop work but others like the top and fender well can be handled by second hand purchases from CL or this board. Tough to tell, it really depends on what you want to do.

I bet your insurance company would want to go after your brothers insurance company though to fix these items. I'm really not sure how insurance companies handle stuff like this for off-road vehicles.

If it wasn't for the front windshield piece I would probably fix it myself and consider it broken in for the next trip. On second thought though I didn't do it so I'm sure I would be pissed off too.

These are more than just BooBoo's! Some pretty bad damage. How deep are your brother's pockets? I definitely wouldn't let him drive anything of mine again.
