Mine does this too, i currently have a quakerstate filter on it but next change i will try something else and will see if it still happens

It's weird that I've used the same filter for 60,000 miles with no issue until what might be the last 2 I've used. I'm willing to try a different on the next go around.

I also experience this issue. I switched to mobil one full synthetic 5w20 and have tried K&N, Mopar, and Motorcraft oil filters. Also added Dura Lube during my last oil change. Nothing seems to have helped. I have a 09.

It's your power steering pump cavitating until the fluid warms up enough to flow.

Changed oil again for 3rd time. Ruling that out. Frustrating thing is that I can't get it to do it it in front of anyone.

If it's well below freezing, and the noise sounds like a kazoo -- it's the power steering pump cavitating, (like mentioned above...)

In my experience, it's nothing to worry about. Many of my vehicles have done it; some more than others.

Hmm. Not much below freezing here but is near for our lows. It does seem to only happen when I'm the 30's and below. It does sound like a kazoo!

Mine does the same. If i hold in my clutch for a few extra seconds after starting the engine it dosent always do it and even when it does its only for a second.

Guessing my power steering is going out. Fluid everywhere.
