Default Hard Top Help

Okay, so I was a retard and I admit it. Now, I need a little help. I just installed a MOPAR 3-piece Freedom Top on my '08 2 Door Sahara. I decided I wanted to take the panels off above the front seats. Dummy me forgot that I needed to remove the screws that go up through the sportbar. So, I unlatched the latches and pushed up on the panel. When I did, I heard a bit of a crack, as some of the fiberglass cracked. Nothing serious, just cosmetic damage, as it did not crack all the way through. However, when I did, one of the nut that the screw through the sportbar connects into slightly popped. It didn't come all the way out, it is just slightly canted now. Is there any way to pop that nut completely back into place or am I just going to have to live with having to run the screw up at a very slight angle now?
