Default Hard top question

I have a JK unlimited, with a hard top. The top was removed by a body top, and they stripped out the threads that hold the top on, when they put the top back. Are those captive nuts, and can they be replaced?

Nevermind, I found replacements at Quadratec that are mostly metal, and should be a lot harder to strip out. Part is: Crown Automotive 55397093AC Hardtop Nut with Clip for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

Possible for you to maybe just clean the ones you have up with a tap? Those will just pop out from under the rail with some force and you can pop the new ones in, but if you think could just clean up the existing ones would save you a few bucks. I can see how someone could strip em a bit. Have to get them aligned just right when putting the screws back in.
