It's your choice:

HARD TOP
Better for rain and snow

SOFT TOP
Easy to take down the top
Cool look!

I'm glad to see this!! We just ordered a Hard Top when we bought it. But we recently bought a soft top just for ease of "taking it all off!"

For me the priority is soft top first (need) and hard top second (nice to have). I honestly wouldn't make good use of a hard top and would probably only complain about the difficulty in taking it off.

I like the hardtop for the winter and the look and security, during the summer I have the top off full-time anyways, so I don't miss my soft top flexibility much.

Soft top: The Jeep looks like a Willys, that's why I like it.

Hard top: The Jeep looks like a SUV, that's why I prefer the soft top...

they are both great, honestly like one as much as the other, Frog put it best but honestly the new JK softops IMO are more quiet than a Lexus convertible ...ok that was pushing it a bit, but they are quieter than the TJ softops and any older than TJ Jeeps .

I love having dual-tops, saved a lot of $ doing that up front Vs. buying separate down the road.

I prefer the soft top as it is more flexible and doesn't take up any additional space in my garage

The storage issue seems to be my biggest issue with the hard top. It would be nice to have some real glass and rear wiper over the winter months when the weather is sloppy.
