Yeah, he didn't get the option but then again I don't know whether we got the lube option or not @ $400.00 
Seeing how easy it is to buy tint and DIY. I did my front glass for 20 bucks!
I say take your time and tint your own.

Specifically.... 08' Rubicons deep tint was an option. 09' Rubicons incorporated into base price with hard top or dual top option. AKA no choice, Rubicon hardtops in 09' come with it standard. Part of the base price increase.
